This course, which is offered in Griffith College Dublin, Cork & Limerick, will provide learners with the appropriate skills and knowledge essential for effective management within a business environment. It explores the relationship between an organisation’s strategy, its culture, marketing and communications policies and procedures along with including the financial management of a business environment. The structure of the course ensures that participants are able to develop their academic knowledge and practical management skills. This course, which is divided into four modules, is designed to provide a practical grounding in the skills of management.
Learners will be introduced to the main management theories, and these will provide a conceptual and practical platform for participant learning. Learners will furthermore be encouraged to draw on their own experience as this will help them to develop a clearer understanding of the following management modules:
- Business Management
- Accounting Information for Managers
- Information Technology Skills
- Legal Aspects of Business
