The objective of this evening course is to provide participants with the skills to build a robust and structured web-site using HTML, Dreamweaver and Photoshop. The course takes users from building basic web-sites – working with text, paragraphs and tables to build a multi-frame layout using style sheets and introduces layers, templates and libraries. This course is for any individuals wishing to develop a web-site including, professional designers familiar with Desktop Publishing or Graphics software needing to get to grips with this powerful web design tool.

Entry Requirements Mature Students - If you are 23 years or over from the 1st January of this year, you can apply for this course directly using the College’s online application form. A member of the College’s admissions team will be in touch to discuss your course entry requirements. Under 23 Years - 5 Ordinary Level, Grade D3s or above in your Leaving Certificate (subjects to include Maths and a language) or equivalent exam taken. All applicants must be a user of Microsoft Office.
Career Path This professional certificate is the perfect foundation for participants who wish to progress in the workplace. Successful applicants may also elect to pursue further studies in this area by pursuing the Diploma in Dynamic Web Applications Development course.
