BEGINNERS BARBER COURSE DUBLIN

Our 15 week week programme is designed to take the student through an in-depth process of learning how to be a complete stylist. This requires learning more than just hair itself.
The 3 Core areas that are developed in this course are –
Technical ability – we use a combination of lectures, Live demonstrations and Practical workshops to help the student gain the correct understanding and technical ability to produce a world class level of men’s haircutting.
Business Expertise – this section is unique to our course in Ireland and we believe it is the most important area also. Students rarely know where to begin when building a clientele or Running and operating a salon environment or even how to market themselves. Our course teaches students the exact processes we used to build a 20+ salon franchise globally with a 120k strong Instagram following.
Personal Development – Character, Personality and Attitude are essential being a successful stylist, educator or salon owner in this industry. MENSPIRE has built a culture within its brand that has allowed us to develop some of the most well known barbers globally. We use this exact process to build our students also!

Our goal is to produce fully trained, salon efficient stylists that will be trained in technical haircutting and advanced customer service and expertise.

MENSPIRE Dublin opened its doors on Aungier street in October of 2017, This was a long-term goal of our Dublin Director Glenn McGoldrick. Glenn moved to St. Albans just outside London to work with the Original MENSPIRE Team in 2015. Whilst in London Glenn became heavily involved in the artistic side of the industry, He leads Industry seminars and presentations across the UK, before heading all over Europe, The USA and Canada for almost a year, leading and teaching our MENSPIRE Academy courses. Glenn’s ambition now lies within building a world-class salon and education team here in Dublin.
Patrick Brown
Stylist & International Educator
Patrick has a wealth of experience in service, hair and styling. Patrick has been cutting hair for 7 years, first women’s then men’s. This has stood to him in the barbershop environment. He is best known for his impeccable customer service and natural flair for educating. Since joining the team Patrick has climbed the ranks and secured himself a spot on our international education team. So far travelling to Athens in Greece to teach a class.
