Come visit St Patrick’s College, Maynooth on Friday 29th and/or Saturday 30th November, at their Autumn Open Days, run in conjunction with Maynooth University.

Open Day – What to Expect

Throughout the Open Days, student ambassadors, admissions officer and school liaison officer will lead personalised guided tours of the North and South campus and facilities, and are available to answer all of your questions about student life.

At the Theology talk, in the Arts Building, one of the Faculty of Theology lecturers will be on hand to discuss the finer details of the undergraduate and postgraduate courses available at St Patrick’s College, Maynooth.

‘To sound somewhat cliché, putting St Patrick’s College Maynooth on my CAO was probably the best decision I have ever made. I walked into college every day smiling because I know I’m going to attend a lecture where I’m acknowledged, the lecturers know you as a person; not just a number. When people ask me what is it about theology that I like so much I just end up smiling and saying “everything”, from the vast curriculum to the on-campus experience.’

Megan Byrne – Graduate, Baccalaureate of Theology and Arts

About St Patrick’s College

This organisation opened its doors as an educational institution in 1795 as the National Seminary, becoming a Pontifical University in 1896. In the intervening two centuries, it has established for itself an impressive reputation for scholarship and learning. The Pontifical University and National Seminary are often referred to as Maynooth College. Today, as a Pontifical University, the College specialises in the study of theology and philosophy and related areas, in one of the most beautiful campuses in Ireland, and the support of Ireland’s newest university, Maynooth University.
