Rathmines College of Further Education runs courses, adult education and evening classes in Rathmines, Dublin 6.

The college offers courses in Business, Journalism, Office Administration, Accountancy, IT, Liberal Arts, English Language and much more. Courses at Rathmines College of Further Education are 1 or 2 year programmes and are fully certified at QQI levels 5/6 or by relevant professional bodies. The College also offers a wide range of part-time evening courses.

Rathmines College of Further Education is located in a very vibrant suburb of Dublin with plenty of accommodation available in the vicinity. It is an area characterised by young dynamic people from all over the world who are either working or studying in the area. As well as the college library and study facilities students can access the excellent Rathmines Public Library to assist them with research and study. Internal progression from QQI Level 5 Awards to Advanced Certificates QQI Level 6 and BTEC Higher National Diplomas for example are a popular option for students and many external progression links are established and facilitated by the college. Graduates of courses can become eligible for entry to Universities and from some courses receive exemptions onto Degree programmes

Accessing the college by public transport is made easy with the Luas (Green Line) around the corner and Dublin Bus routes 14s, 15s, 18, 65 and 83. The 83 bus and 142 (direct from Portmarknock) routes bring many students from the other side of the city.
