What is the WAM Programme?  Willing Able Mentoring (WAM) is a work placement programme which aims to promote access to the labour market for graduates with disabilities and build the capacity of employers to integrate disability into the mainstream workplace.

Are you a student or graduate with a disability and want to work?  This workshop will explain how it works, what opportunities we have with our employers, what training and accommodations you can get in the workplace.

AHEAD is an independent non-profit organisation working to create inclusive environments in education and employment for people with disabilities. The main focus of our work is further education and training, higher education and graduate employment.
