Become a certified Colour and Image Consultant

Our practical courses are all in-house based and available in Cork City. Training sessions take place throughout the year to meet demand and places are limited to 4-6 persons only.

The Colour Analysis & Make-up Training – 5-Day Programme

This is the most up-to-date specialised training in its field and includes in-depth training in the following:

• colour analysis - gives you a thorough understand of the concept and how to use it
• make-up training
• customer service 
• and advice on your own image

This course includes 2 days of practical workshops, includes accompanying manual complete with notes and certificate.

Colour Analysis is a vital skill for any image professional. The course combines structured theory, sessions on marketing, business building/starting your own business as an Image Consultant and how to set up a studio if appropriate.
 
The Ladies Style & Image Training – 5-Day Programme

As well as working with models the course combines structured theory on how to:

• Assess body shape and solve figure problems
• Assess scale and proportion
• Advise on accessories, from jewellery to hats to eyewear
• Select hairstyles to compliment facial shape and hair colour to work with your natural tones
• You will also gain information and training on how to best advise clients for interviews, public speaking and other important occasions.

At the end of your training you will be qualified to offer the following services to individuals and groups:

• Style & Image consultations
• Bridal consultations
• Fashion Trends workshops
• Personal shopping/styling

This course includes accompanying manual complete with notes and certificate.

Make-up Artistry Training Programme

This is the ultimate tool for creating stunning looks and with practice you will be able to use simple effective techniques to make women look and feel wonderful. Our aim is to help you develop your creative passion and provide you with the skills, techniques and the confidence you need to succeed in the make-up world.

Foundation Course – certified 2-day course
This exciting course is designed for make-up enthusiasts to learn good techniques and principles when applying make-up. This course is essential before progressing to the more advanced level. There will be a balance between demonstration and hands on application.

Creative Course – certified 3-day course
This intensive course is designed for those who have completed the Foundation course or for those who have experience in the industry. The course will cover colour theory to techniques and trends for natural to special occasion & bridal make-up before moving on to catwalk, fashion shows and photographic make-up.

• Colour correcting, contouring/shading/highlighting/concealing
• Eyebrow shaping
• How to choose and apply Foundations, powders,
  blush and lipstick
• Application of eye make-up for smoky/cat eye
