About Us | COURSES | SPANISH COURSE ON-LINE (AVE) |
Instituto Cervantes, the only official Spanish Government Language Centre, is a public institution founded in 1991 to promote Spanish language learning and knowledge of the cultures of Spanish speaking countries throughout the world. It is the largest worldwide Spanish teaching organisation, with over 60 branches in four continents.
Instituto Cervantes is a non-profit organisation whose purpose is to promote
the language and culture of Spain and Spanish-speaking countries. We offer affordably priced Spanish language classes; special courses for business, children and teachers; and cultural enrichment courses for those who wish to enjoy the cinema, literature, music and art of the Spanish-speaking world. Our Institute in Dublin is conveniently located at Lincoln Place, in the city centre area, between Trinity College and The National Gallery.
Our teachers are highly qualified, native speakers of Spanish and experienced in teaching Spanish as a foreign language. They are periodically retrained in the most up-to-date teaching methods. Our special courses are taught by experts in their fields. We offer day, evening and Saturday classes in our comfortable, wheelchair-accessible classrooms. Our small classes of 6 to 15 students provide ample opportunities to practice conversation.
