Diploma in Ki Massage Therapy with London City & Guilds Certificate
Fee €2850
There is a broadening public consciousness towards holistic health care and growing number of professionals are choosing massage therapy over their first career because they derive more personal development and satisfaction from it.
“Ki” means life force or energy. The purpose of the therapy is to connect the client to life, to help them overcome resistance to life and to energise their life in every respect.
Not only does Ki Massage enhance athletic performance, it is really effective as an overall wellness and stress management tool.
The City & Guilds Certificate is highly respected and will give you the freedom to set up practice almost anywhere in the world.
Course covers: Theory of Ki Massage, Massage techniques, Anatomy & Physiology, Philosophy of Holistic Medicine, how to set up in business.
Diploma in Yoga Fee €3650
Following a successful 2 year accreditation process, the I.H.C.A has become a member of Yoga Alliance, the leading yoga body in the U.S, based in Clinton, Maryland. Our course has been revised and expanded in line with this new accreditation.
The Yoga teacher’s diploma is a magnificent opportunity. As a holistic practitioner you are perfectly placed to launch a new or second career in holistic medicine, helping people to reach their full potential.
Yoga helps people to relax mentally and physically. It is a really flexible vocation as it allows you to work the hours want, in the location you want while getting really gratifying results for people. The course covers:

Diploma in Holistic Nutrition & Dietetics Fee €2850
This course will teach you everything you need to know to become a proficient holistic nutritionist.
You’ll learn to create effective tailor-made diet plans for just about anyone. Some of the most popular areas sought by clients are: health, energy, sports performance, weight loss, weight gain, beauty, figures sculpting, good looks, balanced family diets.
The course is aimed at those who wish to be self employed in private practice or who wish to obtain employment in a health studio, sports complex, health store, beauty salon or with food supplement companies.
It would be the perfect compliment for those already in aerobics, yoga, physical education or sports.
Diploma in Psychotherapy Fee €2850 per year
2 year diploma course taken over 7 weekends plus a 6 day seminar per year. Year 1 certificate includes knowledge of counselling skills and stress management techniques, NLP and family dynamics.
Year 2 includes exposure to the holistic/humanistic model, cogitative behaviour therapy and different aspects of psychology. A post graduate programme leading to accreditation with the Irish Association of Holistic Psychotherapy (I.A.H.P) is available.

Interveiw: On receipt of your deposit an interview time will be arranged. All enrolments subject to interview; deposit is fully refundable if place is not offered or accepted.

Times: Saturdays from 10.30 am to 5.30 pm; Sundays from 9.30am to 5.30 pm
Notes: Students are required to do home study and attend practice sessions at times other than the above.
Graduates qualify for membership of the Irish Health Culture Association (I.H.C.A) and the professional insurance scheme.

Certificate in Positive Psychology Fee €2850.00 per year
In contrast to postiive thinking, which can be more aspirational than actual, positive psychology is a new field which studies the lives of happy and self-fulfilled people to see what behaviours and attitudes actually lead to happiness.
