What is the difference between Personal and Business Coaching?

Personal Coaching is also known as life coaching and is commonly used to help everyday people in their personal lives accomplish their dreams and grow their personality.

Business Coaching is also known as executive or management coaching, and it usually focuses upon issues such as professional development, leadership skills, company profitability, management training, business development, team building, organizational development, and change management.

The primary differences are in the people served and the problems most commonly encountered.

About the Course

The Advanced Diploma in Personal and Executive Coaching, which begins on June 27th in Dublin and July 4th in Galway is the only coaching course in Ireland to have received the European Quality Award from the European Coaching and Mentoring Council (EMCC).

The Advanced Diploma is also accredited by the European Coaching Institute and endorsed by the Institute of Leadership Management (ILM) - the largest qualification awarding and professional membership body in Europe for management and
leadership qualifications. Successful completion of the programme leads to a FETAL Level 6 award for graduates.
