CMIT’s new ILM Level 9 Certificate in Leadership and Management

The College of Management and IT (CMIT) has recently launched a ILM Level 9 Certificate in Leadership and Management.

This is an internationally recognised ILM course. It is an Irish NFQ Level 9 Certificate, as well as the UK Qualifications and Credit Framework Level 7 Award.

Who is the course for?

The ILM Level 9 Certificate in Leadership and Management is specifically designed for senior managers and leaders. It is aimed at those who:

  • Want to develop themselves as leaders and managers
  • Recognise they have to satisfy various stakeholders
  • Want to invest in their personal brand

They may manage day-to-day operations and activities. In doing so, they seek to make best use of their resources. In addition, they understand the need to innovate and have a constant awareness of the need to optimise performance. Furthermore, they may have to present arguments for change, construct business cases, lead change implementation and evaluate the impact of change.

Assessment

Students taking the ILM Level 9 Certificate course will submit assignments and a research-based project. This project may be on a variety of strategic areas. By choosing to study this course with CMIT, students have 24/7 access to CMIT eLearning for the duration of the course. This includes:
